When Perrigo in Devon, UK wanted to gain assurance and develop a ‘Closed Loop QMS’ (Quality Management System) to ensure that any one of their layers of packaging security was optimised, they turned to BMi to help. The performance of the induction foils was critical and for Perrigo to gain confidence that this small, but critically important item was performing every day, they turned to the PATROLMAN™ range of quality assurance products to gain that reassurance.

Choosing the LINEMASTER™, they found that easy identification in batch variations of the containers was quick and accurate. Alignment of the induction sealer was ensured as well as line conveyor speed and height variations.

All in all the LINEMASTER™ gave production peace of mind in an ever tasking environment.
