How does it work?
The HANDMASTER™ is very simply held under the sealing head manually on the hand sealer. It is recommended this is done periodically throughout a production run. Ideal when used in a laboratory to ensure quality control especially in small batch testing process.
Holding the HANDMASTER™ centrally to the sealing face of the hand induction sealer to get the optimum readings is made easy by the centralising rings that are provided in every kit.
As the HANDMASTER™ is designed to only measure the electromagnetic energy that is being received into the induction foil from the hand induction sealer this is far more accurate than the readings that can be viewed on the hand induction sealer.
Because it measures received energy only, directly from the position of the inside of the bottle cap where the induction seal is positioned it automatically takes into account all the key variables that might affect the seal quality. This is much more accurate than just using the controls shown on the front of the hand sealer. These readings that are normally shown on the hand sealer is a measurement of time to make a seal and not related to the power transmitted.
PATROLMAN™ range of products LINEMASTER™ / SEALMASTER™ and the HANDMASTER™ are the only products available that measure the received energy going directly into the induction foil which is why so many top companies use it.
HANDMASTER™ can also be used for process and equipment validation and can assist in finding the cause of problems if a sealing problem occurs.
